Hi anyone give me a quick run down on how I go about actually setting up my ipaq pda now that I have d/loaded the latest speed camera database, this time I went for the speed zoned download ie to receive actual speed limit warnings for each camera as opposed to just downloading the camera warnings without the actual speed zones.
just need to know what I need to do to set this up correctly ie do I have to set each camera with its speed limit or is it automaticaly set up by the file sytmn ??
slightly confused so any advice would be much appreciatted.

Each camera set has to be set up manually with Warn When Near.
You set the distance you want to be Warned.
Then you Select the Warning.
Then you have the Option to Select 'Warn only if on Route'. This is a subject of much discussion on these Forums. I personally do not select this option.
This is all covered from Step 6 of this How To ...
If you want spoken Warnings you can have a look at this.
If you want to extend the number of warning voices have a look at the method shown here.

It takes 15 minutes and only has to be done once. It does not need to be re-done each time you update the database.
However it is much better if you use it in cunjunction with the real voice warnings rather than TT's silly bells and whistles. These warnings can be downloaded form this site or Ray Flanagan's site at http://www.tomtomsatnav.info/.
Personally I can recomend Liz's voice from Ray's excellent site.
