GARMIN NUVI 300 -----Speed Detector Down Load

As a Technafobe, i have just bought a Garmin Nuvi 300. i want to download a speed camera detector onto my Nuvi. i am totally confused !!!! I have downloaded the POI Loader onto my Desktop, i have registered with Pocketgpeworld.com, Help what do i do nexy??????

Click on speed cameras either at the top of theis page or in the members area on the left of the page. Then scroll down the new page (to beyond the map) and you should see your device listed. Click on it and up will come detailed instructions on what to do.
