does any one know if third party poi can be installed on the Sony NV-U70t sat nav, and if so what file I should uses. I have phone sony tech help but the did not have an answer.

Not that anyone has reported yet.

You CAN use poi observer to add pois such as the speed camera database. That will warn you when you approach a poi, and has the ability to search for nearby ones, but you can't use it to route to a poi or have them display on the map.

It's also time consuming to set up, although excellent for speed cameras once it's done.
