New voices for TTN2

Does anyone have file format info for the sound files used by Ipaq 3970? The voices supplied by TT are, frankly, pretty poor so I'm gonna do my own......just imagine driving with Homer Simpson - cool eh?

The TTN2/3970 is absolutely brilliant and, once the Rom was updated to 2.10 and the new SD card driver was applied, performance is excellent.

As for the format - this is mostly a balance between sound quality and file size. Obviously you don't need stereo, but everything else is up to your preferences. Hint: use the PC SoundRecorder to examine one of the existing voice files
