Why can't I access databases, and why does Pocket GPS tell me that I am not a member despite getting the acceptance email and paying via PayPal? :x

Thanks for the help, but no, I did not use e-cheque. I have had the PayPal receipt, and a welcome note from PocketGPS, but still cannot download, as it claims I am not a subscribed member...

I to am having the same problem. It doesn't show me as a subscribed member even after having paid by Paypal confirmed.

Delighted to say that I have finally got the membership, and downloaded the database AND IT WORKS!!! Clearly my niavity with these beasties has caused stress and annoyance (as well as PayPal not helping with E cheque when I thought it was instant) but all is now well and I have the tool I was after.
