Help Pin 570 Screen resolution error

ITried to load some new maps from my Smartst desktop (first time) but it would not find my Pocket PC.

It has Active sync and I can see the pocket it is just the Smart desktop.

I emailed the help desk and they said to load and update the service packs.

I have done this and now SMARTST.EXE on the pocket has gone !!!

When I run the desktop is asks if I want to install SMARTST on the pocket. If you say yes it starts then stops and states that the screen resolution on the pocket is wrong and it closes.


Help !!!

Any ideas?

I am giving up with Navman is it easy to install Tomtom 5 on the 570 and where is the best place to get it?
