Just my experience.
I've read the -VE reviews of handnav and thought it only right to say that they've dealt with my orders very well.
All my orders have been delivered very quickly and they've sent me E-mails to keep me informed when there's been a delay, even a few days delay.(These are orders from last year)
I also had to return an item as the company car was changed last minute, full refund given!
Ordered a couple of days ago and received today a new proclip and holder for the wife's car, and a new phone holder for me, all very quickly dealt with and the online tracking system that handnav is using is really good.
Some may have had problems but thats not been my experience.
Regards

nivek22,
I suggest you double check who actually made that statement.
I've not written that, I'm a service engineer on large thermoforming machines!!
You may have to look again at who actually wrote that.

Lets double check the route 66 forum and there we have the originator of the quote who works for a leading mobile phone company!!
tcepser
He also states he works for a large mobile phone company..mmmmmm
Dont think Handnav make phones.
Great to slate someone but only if you get the facts right me thinks.

Hey Wiggy25 - i too agree i think HandNav do a great job.
I've order a number of items from them and 99% of the time they deliver on time or earlier. On the odd occasion they deliver late due to supplier issues - they still keep me up to date and generally provide friendly and useful customer service.
I also use tracking through RM and although there is not much detail its good to know the item is being tracked and recorded all the way.
I'm definately gonna stick with this company as they know how to treat their customers
GREAT GOING HANDNAV - KEEP IT UP ! |

Please accept my apologies wiggy25
when I searched your posts the above did not show as a quote and I assumed that you had written it.
I'll double check in future. |

Nivek22,
No problem we've all done that!!
I've wrote an E-mail to the wrong person before now giving them hell!! oooooppps.
I just wanted to state that I've been really happy with the service I've had from them.
I've read most of the bad reviews and thought it's only fair that if I've had good service from them to let others know.
Regards
