Didn't know where to post this, so will give it a try in here.
Basically just a heads up about www.handnav.co.uk
I purchased an in car PDA holder from them about 3 weeks ago, when it turned up it was the wrong item.
I have since e-mailed them using the form twice and been ignored. I have also sent them a fax requesting a replacement and have again ignored!
Looks like I have been ripped off!
Hope this saves someone else getting done!

Try speaking to them on the phone during office hours - I found them very helpful and had very prompt and efficient service when I bought a Brodit mount

Just for you info. they have a contact page on their home page.
True you have to call during office hours but I've found them particularly helpful and always willing to provide that bit extra when i've had any problems.
