I've just downloaded the speed-cam file and I am unable to open it.
The instructions say the file should read 'pocketGPS_uk_GATSO' yet my file reads 'pocketgps_uk_sc' and everytime I try to open it I get a
'is not valid win 32 application' message. I'm running Windows XP Home can anybody help ?

As you've posted in the iCN5XX forum, I assume you have that device Question Can you say which file/s you have actually downloaded - is it a zipped file. Clarify the details and I or someone will try and help Wink

I'm pretty sure I downloaded the 'single file' (all cameras in one). It doesn't state whether it is zipped. I have a ICN 510

The sc in the file name indicates "speed camera" or "safety camera", so it includes all the camera types not just Mr Gatsoides devices. It has all of the different speed zones as well.

For the Navman, if you separated all the different camera types and speed zones, you use up your allocation of active POI's.

This is what you should have happened.

Download the zipped file Navman_consolidated_-_by_type(Gatso, Mobile etc).

Unzip the file to a Temp file somewhere on your computer: ie C:\Temp

You should now have a total of 13 files; a Help file in HTML Doc; licence file & a Notes file in TXT; five bmp picture files of the cameras and five pocketgps_uk_ asc files (with the description 'gatso', 'mobile', 'redlight', 'temp' and 'specs')

Now you are ready to use your SmartST Desktop to load these files to your Navman.

Where does this information differ from what you did and what you ended up with Question
