Succesful submission

How do you know whether you have successfully submitted a camera, which is then verified?? I have submitted a few over the last week or so, and other than the confirmation email, nothing else.

Presumable once confirmed someone gets an email, but you never know whether you are the first. For all I know I could be confirming them for someone else.

Also I have just indicated that a camera near to where I live has been relocated, changed using the submission page. Does this have to be verified as well, easy to find the location on the web, but its right near my golf course, and you can watch the police van at the side of the road, hence I know its location. Its currently indicated on the motorway, about half a mile away.

One of the other cameras I have submitted I see from my office, and watch the police pulling people over all day long, its amazing really as the road is straight, but its downhill, so easy pickings in a 30mph limit.

I would be interested to hear how the system works, no doubt you are being flooded with submissions. How long should I wait, before I should come to the conclusion I wasn't successful??

You should have received your confirmation by now. We are working on automating the feedback, both for successful and rejected submissions. Please stay tuned
