TomTom one O2 PAYG nokia 6680 wont connect to internet

Hi i have just got a TomTom one and very nice it is one problem i have tho is it cant establish a connection to the plus services does any one have the settings i need for phone and TomTom so i can do this.

You cannot use O2 PAYG with the plus services as it only provides WAP internet and not GPRS internet.

Vodafone PAYG works as well.

TomTom just relied saying o2 PAYG works but i cant get it to i am worried now incase its a compatability problem with my phone. on the settings site they sent me it only has postpaid o2 settings i just dont understand what i am doing is there an idiots guide anywhere as i am becoming increasingly frustrated. many thanks
