New Style Speed Camera

In the past couple of days i have seen a new style of camera popping up in south london. I presume they work in the same way as gatso's because the white lines appear after you pass the camera, but the difference is the yellow camera box is only half the size it was before and also it sits about twenty feet off the ground, nearly as high as the street lamps, therefore making them harder to spot, especially at night.

So boy's and girl's keep your eyes wide open.

They are the new digital Gatsos (Monitrons) being installed as part of a TFL scheme, 50 are being installed in London at around £50k each, that's £2.5 million wasted on these pile of junks

To add further insult, a popular "speeding" spot (where drivers usually do 35 in 30) has had one of these cameras put up in the past few days near Old Street. No history of accidents there
