The 500 connects to my 6230 and can call people, i can hear them but they cant ear me Sad

could it be the internal mic is broke ? should i buy an external mic?

how do i upgrade the firmware to 5.421 or what ever it is ?

many thanks

Did you set it to internal mike when you paired it up.

Upgrade your TT to the latest version and you should see an improvement - I've got the same phone as you and it improved it for me..

Hope this helps

Delete the pairing and start again. This time watch the screen and it will come up, " Use Internal/external mic."

NO BOX OR ACTIVATION CODE, SO I THINK I MAY COME STUCK IF I TRY UPDATING IT Sad

doh sorry for caps only just realised !

might ask me mate see if he can get me a crack/patch to solve me problem!
