Jan speed camera updates

I have the speed camera poi from Nov 05. Works great, I have just downloaded the Jan 06 updates, can I simply copy the required files and any duplicates will over written or should I delete the old files on the tom tom first

Drop them on top of the old ones and say "Yes" when Windows asks whether to replace files with the same name.
