AA Traffic ported into TomTom?

the traffic data in the UK is about and free all over the place i.e. the AA web site.

is there a way of porting the info from the site in to tomtom so that TT thinks its TT traffic data?

i dont mind its not live but before a trip i would like to dump the lastest taffic data into my PPC and then plan my trip based on that traffic data.

there is a traffic.inc file that could be used for that but it needs TMC codes for the traffic reports. Knowledge of TMC codes is in a legal grey area because TMC as such is copyrighted.

All I know of at the moment is the ability to get BBC traffic data in to ov2 files which can be viewed on the maps as they are POI's. It isn't recognised as Traffic data but you can view your route and the POI's will show up on the map screen. See link below.
