Hi yet again fellas,
Oh dear here we go again!!!
I have just hard set my 2210 due to grief with something entily unrelated to TT5 and have eventually reloaded the TT5 program. It worked fine immediately after installation, so i loaded my POI's from POI Edit just as i have a hundred times before. All was fine. Today I try and start TT5 and the first screen locks solid. I can get my contacts and calender up using the buttons but the quick menu for the IPAQ wont load. I cant get TT5 to do anything at all. I have to do a soft reset to get back to square one but the problem on TT5 when started remains and the same locking continues.
I have looked through the posts on the forum but having been through about 20 pages, cant seem to find what I'm looking for. Your usual help and support will be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Huw

Hi HuwRhys
Mm! It appears that the fault may lay at the door of the Points of interest but what the cause is I cannot think. I know that that’s not much help but one things for sure, when you have got everything back as it should be the first thing you must do is to make a full Sprite backup of your PDA. Then should you ever have to do a Hard Reset in the future you will be able to restore back to the point where the PDA was working perfectly.
