tomtom and nokia 6280

I've just upgraded my phone without checking TT's website, and I found that the internet connection does'nt work.
I have asked 3 to setup my phone for wireless internet, but it still does'nt work.
I was wondering if anyone has had any success getting travel and traffic info to work with these two devices.

ok, just had a look further down the index and found other 3 users having the same problem...
so can anyone reccommend an alternative phone/supplier that works easily?
