does any one know if there is a program that will interface with tomtom to optimise the best order for an itinary, or if there is not one that will interface one that sorts it for you anyway

I saw a site whereby the person uses Autoroute to plot his routes, then uses a free app. to convert it to .itn format. AAutoroute can optimise routes planned using it. This is for use on a TomTom RIDER which, like Autoroute, uses NAVTEQ mapping as standard. I guess that the intermediate points might need some tweaking to marry up fully with a TA map, but give it a go anyway.
