SD`Cards with RFID technology

Does anyone know of a reputable SD card with an RFID reader/writer?? I know they are available and we use RFID tags in the sop for security and normal customers tags get de-activated at the till, but in the Business section where account customers pick up purchases they do not go through the till procedure and its a pian having tio takee all the items to the till to de-activate the RFID tags, ive seen a few on the net, but they are dodgy ones used by shoplifters to fry the RFID tag thats NOT what im after
