Copilot SmartPhone6- anyone else been cursed with this?

Has anyone else bought the SP6 upgrade and found it to be worse than version 5? I complained to ALK about a number of bugs in December, chiefly the distorted speech, and asked for a fix or my upgrade money back and a return to v5. Two weeks they asked where I'd bought the upgrade (from ALK). One month later they have replied in the belief that I have a Pocket PC, which has a speech function not included in SP6.

This company is exasperating, especially since the theft of an iPaq with TomTom installed I switched to Copilot on a colleague's recommendation. I will certainly not be recommending Copilot or ALK, quite the reverse..

I have cp6 smartphone I have seen some bugs including the stuttered speech problem as well as a few other bugs to over all I wouldnt say it was worse than the previous version it is slightly more stable but I do agree there is still work that needs to be done to get it to where I think it should be
