How can I reset my Palm T5 to factory settings? Please

Press the power button at the same time as pressing the reset button at the back - i'm not sure of the timing, but will work if you get it right... this 'erases all the data' i think, not sure about returning to factory setting but probably the same.

Do a search on palm's website for zero out resets. that puts the T5 & treo 650 back to all 1's & 0's.
