Orange SPV C550 with TTGO 300?

Is anyone successfully using an Orange SPV C550 to link up to a GO 300 for traffic etc? Thinking of upgrading.

Anyone? I'd hate to get a new phone and not be able to connect it with my TT!

I've chased both Orange and TomTom on this without getting a positive response.

They have approved both the C500 and C600 but not he C550.

The C600 is on the Orange web site but has not yet been released..........due anytime say Orange..........I'm still waiting to order.

Surely someone with a C550 has tried to link to TTG

The C600 is now available on the Orange site for the same price as the C550

This has been approved by TomTom

I did ask TomTom technical support about the C550 but after two responses got nowhere

just a fyi I'm using a SPV C550 with a TomTom One for traffic etc.
