Tomtom 500 Plus (Traffic) with 02

Just got a 500 today, and am trying to setup traffic (using the free trial)

I have the phone paired to the Tomtom OK, but when i click on the tomtom traffic, it says 'Connecting to Server' then a red screen appears, and says "Service unavailable due to maintaince, please try later"

Is this the message other users get when the service is 'down' or have i not setup correctly. I can see the phone trying to connect/connecting but then the red screen of death!


The phone is working (i can get my email over GPRS and access WAP over GPRS) and im on an 02 contract, and i dont think i have restrictions on the account (shoudnt have anyways!)
