Tom Tom ONE download problem?

Just bought TTOne with 5.410 version software.

Tom Tom site says to delete one of the voices to make room for upgrade to latest version 5.420

Done that but I still get a message saying ther is insufficient space on disk when I try to upgrade.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong???????

How did you delete the voice, and if manually, did you remove both files associated with that voice?

I just went into the menu on the unit and deleted the male voice. There are only 2 voices on the original software.

How much free memory have you got on the SD card?

Do you have the camera database on the card? If so temporarily remove it to give more space while putting 5.420 on.
