Can the i3's speed camera audio warning be changed from a 'bleep' to a 'voice'? If so how?

I've now spliced together bits of the following standard phrases:
"Keep"
"Miles per hour"
"Battery power low"
and added them to the standard camera/POI "bing bong" to get:
"Bing bong, keep miles per hour low..." 8) |
