i purchased a gps system from www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk
which included tomtom 5 bluetooth ipaq 2750 and an arkon powered mount,everything was fine for about a month then the mount stopped clamping the ipaq,contacted www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk
given a returns number paid £8.00 postage waited a 5 days replacement arrived went to use it plugged it into the ciggie lighter the thing just whinned and started smoking,again contacted www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk
agian was given a returns number this time was told include reciept for postage,another £8.00 and they would send a refund,got the replacement suprise suprise no refund of postage,now the replacement one has stopped clamping the ipaq just like the first one,contacted www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk again was told i could have partial refund for the unit seeing as i have had it longer than 28 days,presumably i will have to pay anther £8.00 postage,before i get my partial refund.what alternatives are there to arkon any suggestions would be great.
