Please help using BT-77 with Axim...

Hi folks

Some help needed please!! I got the BT-77 GPS device and was able to use it with my MDA no problems - it always just connected through Bluetooth port 5.

The problem is I cannot for love nor money get it working with my new Axim X30 PDA with TomTom 5 installed. It just does not recognise it. Now I have tried all the fixes mentioned on here about selecting the other cable device, sleecting a baud of 9600 and using port 7 - this does turn the bars in the GPS finder in Tom Tom grey - but still says no GPS device - I know I am close as when trying to use the Other Bluetooth GPS I get nothing (this did work on the MDA by the way)

So the thing is can anyone please help - it is doing my head in...so the quest for a solution goes on...

i have bt77 as well works great on my nokia ngage with route 66 butt will not work on my zodiac (palm) with tomtom 5 or palm navigator for that matter.

help or firmware update wanted
