I can get all the information onto the new card but when i put it in it tells me there is nothing there. Can anyone help me sort out what i know must be quiet simple task. Also i want to put on the new card the camera data base

I think that you are using a card reader to do this, some card readers will just not create the format that the unit can read (yes I know you can see them when you explore the card via your main pc explore), but if you are then try copying the files from the card to a folder on your main pc, then make sure that all the files have no Attributes set at all, not read only or anything, then try copying and pasteing to the new card, if that does not work then you will need to format the new card, put it into your unit and copy and paste the files to it via ActiveSync explore window, will take some time, but usually works ok. |

Quite correct Ray, put brain in to gear.
Best explained Here
Backup using old card(original), then place new card in GO and do a Full restore. |

ActiveSync is used for Pocket Pc not the Go.
Copy all the contents of the original card to your pc. Put the new card in the Go , format it and copy the backed up files onto it. _________________ Ray
