I have installed V5 which unlocks with my 2004 serial number but none of the PDA options work.
Do you think this is a key code issue? |

Hi Memory,
I happen to have a new PPC so this was a good opportunity to install MM and download a trial section of map. It all seems to have gone well using the v5 download and a "modified" 2004 map.
It also prints (having found the relocated "Print" button!), gives real-time tracking and downloads data from a GPS (which are all supposed to be disabled in "viewer" mode). So I haven't yet found anything not working with a 2004 license.
You could ask them a for a (30 day) trial license, as presumably even a current user should be entilted to evaluate the new features before parting with their money.
Cheers, Alan. _________________ Garmin GPS72H/76/60/45, Etrex H, Mapsource v6.5.

It works on the PC and PDA but on the PDA you can only view number of satalites, and prosent position, it will not display PP on map or draw track, which seems strange, will try the GPS on the main PC over the weekend, as I suspect a license issue between the PC and PDA even though it says details have been transferred - Mike |

It definitely sounds like a licence problem. Go to MENU > HELP > ABOUT (on the Pocket PC) and ensure it shows the proper version and "Valid full license" on the screen. |

I downloaded V5 on the Monday (first day) it loaded on both the PC & PPC alonside 2004 (it got licence automatically from 2004), ALL features are working on both (but there doesn't seem to be the goto co-ords feature on the PPC version).
Like the multi-page printing but would have liked to have the option to print individual pages or all pages. _________________ If riding in a plane is flying then riding in a boat is swimming. If you want to experience the feeling
