So if I live in London and got a Toshiba e750 and going to use TT and use it in my car, should I buy the sysonchip cf card (with or without memory) or not? Is there a lag afterall or not? Or is it better to just get a BT receiver? Or another CF card? |

When the device is locked on I don't see any lag with my loox 720. The roads are spot on as I drive past them. My only complaint is the amount of time it can take to get first lock. |

There can be lag in narrow streets with high buildings, but then there is little that can be done when there is no satellite reception. I think it is more the fact that the HDOP is increasing and so you could be anywhere within a football pitch area. TOMTOM locks you to the closest road with best guess position.
There isn't much that can be done in that situation. |
