GPS for IPAQ 6315...recommendations?

Hello ~~

I have a HP IPAQ 6315 using T-Mobile service here in the U.S. I would very much like to get a GPS system that will allow me to navigate both streets and hiking trails found in the National Parks. I am a bit bewildered with all the choices of both SD and Bluetooth GPS systems, and was hoping I could lean on the advice of this group! Do you have any suggestions as to what I should get?

Hi there, and welcome to the forums.

Definitely no SD GPS - the SD slot is in an unconventional place (sideways) and you need it for memory anyhow. (Get a BIG SD card, 1 GB and up).

So Bluetooth it is, and recently the SiRF III units have arrived, get one of those.

for offroad probably Maptech is the best offering since they have topo maps of the national parks.
