poi converter

I have a garmin c330 and just downloaded the speed camera csv files and it works fine. Please can someone tell me where I can find a poi converter to covert the other poi into csv files or am I barking up the wrong tree.

If you mean - how do I turn a .ov2 file into a .csv file. here goes.

I use Dumpov2 for this purpose - get it from http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/oldboy/TomTomTools/ov2tools.zip

If you Drag a .ov2 file to the Dumpov2.exe, it will convert it into a .asc file.

All you have to do is rename the extension to .csv and job done. I don't know if you have to take the headers and footers from the file, but if so it's easy to edit in a text editor.

The other way is to download POIConverter - from http://rjdavies.users.btopenworld.com/html/poiconverter.html

With this program you load different format files and save them in other formats. There are quite a few options, it can import a .ov2 file and save as a Garmin PCX5 Waypoint files.
