Query on Interent Connection Mio 168

Hi

I am new to forum and wondered if there is anyone who could help, I have Mio 168 with Navgon MN5 installed I have just signed up and payed for POI Warner software. My problem is I have tried to connect to their site and am unable to download software onto Mio PC.

In order to get overlays I have to import from POI online site here is were my problem is, I am unable to make internet connection for Pocket PC do I need any additional hardware? I have Pocket PC in cradle and I am using Active sync but unable to sync with POI Warner from Pocket PC I have registration code Installation ID number setup and that is ok.

I have tried to establish a connection setting from Pocket PC in connections tab, this is were I show my ignorance under connection it asks for Country/Region Code - Area Code- Phone Number followed on nect page by User Name - Password- Domain ISP when I try to sync with POI Warner I get an error message Error 5470: Cannot find server or there was a DNS error

Any help would be greatly appreciated I am also wondering whether having AOL dialer as default is causing problem? A bit long winded request but you guys seem to know your stuff so thanks in anticipation Cheers Len
