Net book pro + gps woes

It’s a net book pro, yes overkill, but use what you have is my motto. Look, I know it says POCKET GPS, but I want to know if there is a windows CE.NET4.2 compatible voice guided system available. Pan European would also be a requirement. I was thinking that Navman software may be the answer or smart phone stuff may work, though paying out hard cash to prove they wont is out of the question. So is there anyone with any actual experience rather than theories that end up costing lots of cash for little or no results? Please help or it will become another casualty of the for-sale boards.
