|
|
We already own TTN3 with a full set of European Maps. We now have TomTom ONE on approval and want to establish (a) whether it is possible to get European Maps to work with it and, if so, (b) how much they will cost. We have seen in the shops European Maps on sale for about £100 which say they are for TTN5 and TomTom GO. Will these work with TomTom ONE? If so, do we have to pay the full retail price or are there any upgrade options?

How polite . . . . I usually see PM referred to as the BM!!!! :0)
The reason that we had scarcely looked in the PM is that TomTomOne is SO easy to use that you don't need to look in the BM!! :0)))) However, after being prompted to have a look I notice that the maps of europe are mentioned and illustrated in the Accessories brochure.
We had become concerned about this as when we bought TomTomOne from Staples we noticed that the boxes of europe maps that they were selling didn't have One listed as being compatible. The staff kept telling us that if we wanted europe maps we had to buy Go700. We stuck to our guns and bought One on approval, but as you can see it doesn't take much to confuse us!!
As ever, thanks for your help.

I notice that I am listed as an Advanced member of the forum!!! There must be a mistake . . . unless it means advanced in age? I have only ever asked dumb questions on this forum, and never ever attempted to answer a question :0/
