THE SCREEN ON MY MIO 168 SKIPS WHEN POI ARE SHOWN ON THE MAP, IVE BEEN TOLD THIS IS A BUG WITH TTN5 WOULD HAVING A BIGGER MEMORY CARD + IT BEEN FASTER HELP TTN5?

I don't know to be honest but I changed from a 256mb sd card to a 1gb card and now tt5 seems to run smoothly. If you do a search on poi's, you will find plenty on this topic. I've also installed checkpoint 5.1 which may have contributed towards smoother running of tt5.

Size doesn't matter but a fast card will help. There are several threads covering SD cards for TTN3 and same cards should work fine with TTN5

HAVE YOU HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH CHECKPOINT 5.1 SOME PEOPLE ARE SAYING IT FREEZES TT5.

Checkpoint is running well. It does freeze as it loads but I must be lucky cause tapping the screen cures it. Might be a good idea to backup your data before trying it as there does appear to be numerous problems with it.
