Can anyone please help.
I have followed the instructions to the letter for downloading the camera database to a 510 i am ensuring that i only open the .csv file in notepad for editing etc etc however on my new 520 smartst says that the poi has been downloaded to my device but when i go into my poi's it isnt there all though it is showing in the manage poi files in thepoi editor, has anyone please!!!! got any advice i thought it would have worked just as for the 510 but it clearly aint am i doing anything wrong or is it that the 520 will not accept the files currently designed for the 510.
i would be most grateful for help or suggestions
Thanks

I'm not sure what the problem is, but the way of editing and loading the files should be identical on the 510 and 520. When you have the file ready for transfer from your Desktop, do you have the 'Active' and 'Visual Alert' boxes ticked?
On your iCN, do you have a tick in the MyPOI box, under Preferences > Maps > Points of Interest? _________________ Tim |

Having just bought the 520 I experienced the same problem - On investigating there seems to be a bug on saving the POI files in that they (the map, bmp config and fragment files) are saved to the root directory of the 520.
To correct attach to PC - In Windows explorer open the mobile device, copy the 4 relevant files in root to the storage card/Navman/MYPOI directory.
All will then be well and you will see the file in MY POI's menu on the 520 unit. :D :D |

Hi Guys,
You mention about copying the files to the correct directory. Is it possible to copy the sound files over and have the 520 tell you when you are approaching a camera and the speed limit etc?
