As an long established 'Old Fella' here (all of 4 days 8) ), I would like to say how much help and Info I have found here Wink . Fabulous place. Cheers Guinness ...

However, If I make a minor moan about what stops my FULL enjoyment of an otherwise perfect meeting point for us GPS nuts & Newbies!

I have noticed that the BB software is a bit squiffy. It is very slow (not my link at nearly 2Mb asdl). can take 20 seconds to fetch a page. It seems to go off line regularly.

This morning, I tried a search which returned 4 pages. I read page 1 and clicked on 'next page' and got words to the effect 'Nothing available that meets your search criteria' I couldn't get to pages 2,3 & 4 Crying

I made a couple of replies and found them inserted out of sequence in the topic....

That is the end of the moan. Now what needs to be done?

Is it a server issue? or an ISP limitation issue? In other words, Is it a cost issue?

I for one would be more than happy to make a donation to help fund the solution to the problem. I am sure there are many others here who would also help out with a donation IF that is what is needed.

What can we users and beneficiaries of your efforts do to help out?

Ok Alix
Thanks for the reply. I will hold fire for a while before going into specifics. They may well be ironed out as the system settings get tuned.

Out of interest. when was the migration?

MUCH power to your elbows...
