To be fair to them, I've never had a problem with eBuyer.

Yeah, I know a lot of people who have brought lots of stuff from them without a problem. Of course you never know how good or bad a retailer is until something goes wrong.

I see that they are going back to publishing a contact phone number after they removed it from their website.

I have ordered from ebayer a few times and have had no problems... Smile

Got some memory from them, can in 1 or 2 days and was cheapest I could find - cannto complain. I think that people want LOW prices and TOP customer service - the two are mutually exlcusive - look at easyjet !!!

No problems with them here. even got a faulty memory stick changed over without a hitch.
