etrex and iPaq

Hi people,

I've just got an iPaq and I've had an etrex for some time, and I'm trying to link the two and use it with tomtom navigator 5. I've got the correct cable (well globalpositioningsystems.co.uk said it was the correct cable anyway, and it all seems to fit), but I can't get tomtom to recognise the reciever. I've tried each of the com ports and selected "Other cable NMEA GPS" and set the baud rate to 4800 and set the etrex to be using NMEA (on 4800 baud), yet every time I try tomtom just said "No GPS device!" and very occasionally "Invalid GPS data" (or somthing similar). Any ideas anyone?

Update: It seems its only an issue between tomtom and my etrex. I tried Net Stumbler and it worked perfectly. Has anyone else had this problem?
