|
|
i think i saw recently that someone said there memory card was corrupt?
this may help, if you format using windows xp or similar the default format is "fat32", i dont know about all phones but the 6600 cannot read "fat32" so it will say the card is corrupt.
if you do format a card using a pc, before starting the format, change the fat32 to fat on its drop down menu, this should then make the card readable by the phone.
also if you format the card on the phone, although it will take much longer, it will create sub directories for video/music/pictures
hope this is of some help to someone out there? |

Best way to format your card is to use Task Manager from www.binarys.com _________________ Life's too fast can I get off and walk for a bit?

Try another card, depending on the make the card may be dual layer which is not compatable with the E200.
Cards by Sandisk are normally ok to use. _________________ Life's too fast can I get off and walk for a bit?

Strange that does not make sense
As for formatting your card use the app I mention above, it will format the card to the correct type for the phone. _________________ Life's too fast can I get off and walk for a bit?

Back to basics,
What is the make and size of the card and also
more importantly do any cards now work in your phone? _________________ Life's too fast can I get off and walk for a bit?

What happens when you insert the card in the phone while it is powered on. _________________ Life's too fast can I get off and walk for a bit?

The only other thing I can suggest if you can not format with a card reader etc is to send me the card inc return postage and I will have a go a formatting it for you. I can also test the card in other Smartphones.
If you are interested pm me. _________________ Life's too fast can I get off and walk for a bit?
