BT-77 on Ebay is it any good ?

There are lots of mentions of this product scattered accross this forum and it seems quite popular.
Could some members who are actually using this product let me know what its like. Is there a problem with accuracy and does the factory reset cure it ? I bought one yesterday through zabara1 so its probably a bit late to do anything if it is no good. Thanks Nick

Using one here with TT5. No problems.

I moved up from the Wired GPS and TT3 to using this with TT5. Not noticed and differences between the two.

Thanks for the feedback. The GPS receiver arrived over the weekend. I charged it up and linked it to my pc using a bluetooth dongle. The test software worked once I chose the correct COM port and it gave a lat/long position exactly the same as that suggested by www.multimap.co.uk

Haven't tried it with the PDA yet ?

The OS is V2.xxxx and I heard rumours on another web site that this version of can get confused and would be fixed in v3 ?
