Just to let you all know that there is a suitable mains charger available for the GO 300 (thanks TomTom ) here... http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=IPAQAC.
It has the correct plugs and specification, 5 volt 2 amps @ £9.95 inc.

| Yes, I have just received this one from superEtrader.co.uk at nearly twice the price... problem is the package arrived with an eXpansys label and stock code number (100906) on it... when I looked at the eXpansys site.. Ugh!
That is why I am passing on the information to the forum.
Hope this helps.

Another alternative is a 230V AC to 12V DC cigar socket 1A desktop PSU so you can plug in your car charger and use at home.
From Maplins £7.99 part number N35AZ |

It was posted on another thread that AC Ipaq chargers (as long as they are 5volt, 2amp) work fine with the Go300.
I've been using my ipaq charger (which is 5v,2a) with my Go300 and its worked well.
Still think its a bit shoddy TomTom don't include one - The Go300 is hardly a cheap purchase in my eyes |
