Hi, I have tryied to install the CSV file on my Navman via my SmartST desktop software and it just says ' No POI's on Input device '
Has anyone else had this ? Can someone please help me and tell me where Iam going wrong ?

Are you using the correct .csv files? You should use the ones from the 'Other' folder, not the ones from the Destinator folder. _________________ Richard

Yes, Iam definatly using the correct CSV in the other folder, all updated and in order it just wont upload to the ICN, ' No POI's in input file '
Of course theres no pois in there as Iam trying to put one in ! What am I doing wrong ?

Have you read this thread? It might help.
Did you remove the first line of text with Notepad, or alternatively insert ; at the start of the first line? Then save the file? _________________ Richard

I had this problem, 'No POIs in File' and it was because I had double clicked the .csv file which loaded it into Excel. I then deleted the first line and saved the file as .csv. However Excel had removed the quotes from around the description field.
Editting the file with Notepad to remove the first line and saving left the quotes in place and this then worked in Smart ST v3.
The instructions do say edit the file in Notepad but should emphasise this by saying ... not in Excel maybe!
