Cable to Bluetooth?

Just how much better is the new Bluetooth GPS than the old cabled TT version? I'm having lots of problems with TT5 using the GPS, and wondered if it might be worth upgrading that too (not that you can buy the BT GPS as a stand-alone item!)

I went the other way, and "upgraded" to a wired GPS due to the constant Bluetooth dropouts with my 2210 iPAQ.

PDAMODS.co.uk sell GPS receievers seperately, and so do supertrader.co.uk (haven't tried them, just found them tonight from a link elsewhere) - supertrader even have a couple of Blutooth ones for about £60, and the mkII TomTom one available to pre-orderfor about £105.

The price of the mkII bluetooth device is almost as expensive as the full upgrade!

Since posting my problems, I think I'm learning to start up TT5 in a slightly different way to make it work. I think what's changed is that TT5 starts up so much quicker than TT basic.
