downloading the speed camera software

Is it possible to use the software on a Medion MD 95900 dedicated standalone (Windows run but NOT a PC) sat nav purchased at "Aldi Supermarket" last week.
Also I intend to upgrade my Tom Tom 3 to the new version (v5) as soon as they allow. I am using an iPaq h5550 pocket PC but have not installed speed camera software - will it work with TT v5.

I don’t know about the Medion MD 95900. Can it use or import custom POIs?

TomTom have not released an SDK for TTNav 5, therefore no third part add-on (e.g. CheckPOInt, GPSAssist, POI Warner, etc) will work with it. However TTNav 5 does now have POI Proximity Alerts. Have a read of the PocketGPSWorld guide to installing and using the PGPSW camera database POIs with TomTom Navigator 5. Smile

Medion packed up in 4 days so it went back to Aldi today.
Hopefully someone will let me know when the TT5 version of speed cameras software is released. TT5 is incorporating charged camera locations and charged traffic reports to their software.
