Hewl 1940 & TT3 Problems

Hi sorry, for my first post being a question for help.
I am helping someone out with a problem they are having with there GPS setup. Their HP1940 takes the installation of the TT3 software but when I try to run it the software doesn't boot up.
I have tried reinstalling, resetting the PDA both Hard and soft, Firmware flash. It worked before but now it just wont. Does anyone have any ideas please.

need more details. What doesn't boot up - the PPC or TomTom?

Sorry the TT3 navigator wouldn't boot up.
I spent 2 hours with it today and I finally solved it. The maps that were installed on the mem card were not being recognised. I tried opening the maps by themself and it worked. Glad its fixed but a pig to figure out in the first place.
