Can't get out of indoor mode

I have a problem with my Quest.
I can´t get out och indoor mode!

I tried change it under system settings. But when I choose normal it say:
"GPS turned off (for use indoors)"
Same happend when Im trying "Acquire Satellites"

I upgraded to the latest version (3,4) but nothing different.

I have reset the unit to factory settings and reset all user data, but still the same.

Does any body have an idea what to try next?

Always, when you switch on your Quest, it starts searching satellites. Try this way in an open area, with a clear view of the sky. Leave it as long as possible for it needs to find all the satellites info it needs to operate.

When the Garmin startup screen appears it say:
GPS is turned off (for indoor use)

Does anybody know if there is a way to do a hardreset?

I have tried to reset it to factory default.

I think there is something wrong with your Quest - my one goes back into outdoor mode when I switch it off/on.

I think the best thing to do is contact Garmin's technical support. Crying or Very sad
