Dell GPS Navigation

I have just taken delivery of the Dell satnav system and am dissapointed.

I like in a rural area and find that I am given "streets" as a destination. I bought the system to be able to find farms and cottages. Does some other software give a more detailed address database. Is the TomTom database using postcodes more accurate?

Should I moan to Dell about the poor quality of their product?

No navigation product offers such detail. TomTom5 has 7 digit UK post codes which may help though.
