just looked at my order and it now says.......
status CAPTURED
shipping status WAREHOUSE
things are getting better

if it also says they have taken your payment they have to dispatch it, and i feel they should also supply tracking datails.

Is it me or is there no way to send TT an email anymore? You used to be able to send a 'question' in My TomTom but thas has disappeared. I cannot even chase them now! This gets worse...

i think, when it says CAPTURED, they must have escaped in the warehouse somwhere :D

Mine has changed to 'captured - warehouse' and have received an invoice via email. I can only assume that things are moving...at last! Seems a bit strange on a Saturday afternoon though??!?

This is weird because i received an invoice weeks ago when i carried out the transaction.
